菁染料共价键合在单晶硅表面的X-光电子能谱
X-PHOTOELECTRON SPECTRA OF CYANINE DYES WITH COVALENT BINDING TO MONOCRYSTALLINE SILICON SURFACE
【摘要】 在单晶硅表面通过多步化学反应共价键合多种菁染料,对它们的XPS分析表明,单晶硅表面存在着与各单体染料组成相同的化学元素及化学环境,并由有关元素结合能的分析证明它们是通过硅氮键键合于单晶硅表面上的。
【Abstract】 Many kinds of cyanine dyes were bound covalently onto the monocrystalline silicon surface by a series of reactions. The results of their XPS show that the atoms and their chemical surroundings in dye binding surface layer are just the same as that in dye molecule itself. And the analysis of binding energy of correlative atoms indicates that dyes do have been bound to the surface of monocrystalline silicon through St-N bonds
