磁场效应下分子发光行为的研究──Ⅲ.痕量蒽、苝同时MFE共振同步荧光分析
STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF MAGNETIC FIELD ON MOLECULAR LUMINESCENCE Ⅲ.Simultaneous Determination of Trace Anthracence and Perylene by Magnetic Field Effect Resonant Synchronous Spectrofluorometry
【摘要】 本文建立了痕量蒽、的同时磁场效应(MFE)共振同步荧光分析方法。该法能有效地抑制同步扫描过程中散射光的波动而使在低试样浓度下测定蒽、的灵敏度提高。蒽和的检测限分别为0.14和0.027ng/ml。相对标准偏差不大于6%。
【Abstract】 A magnetic field effect(MFE) resonant synchronous spectrofluorometric method for simultaneous determination of trace anthracene and perylene is described.In this method the undulation of scattering light is suppressed effectiviely,and thus the sensitivity is enhanced.The detection limits of anthracene and perylene are 0.14 and 0.027ng/ml respectively.The relative standard deviations are less than 6%.
