预加载路径对低碳钢强化规律的影响
EFFECT OF PRELOADING PATH ON THE LAW OF STRAIN HARDENNING OF CARBON STEEL
【摘要】 本文报导了20#低碳钢薄壁圆管试件在比例加载时P-p复杂应力状态的实验结果.主要研究了:(1)初始屈服面;(2)经简单拉伸预加载和比例预加载情况下的强化规律,(3)折线预加载情况下的强化规律;(4)预施塑性变形量相等路径不同时的强化规律.
【Abstract】 This peper presents the experimental results of thin-wall pipes of the 20#. low carbon steel under the proportional loading P-p in conplex stress condition. Main contains of reseatch are: (1) Initial yield surface; (2)Law of strain hardening under simple tensile preloading and proportional loading; (3) Law of strain hardening under broken line preloading; (4) Law or strain bardening under difterent loading path, but the each of the resultal plastic strain is same at the end of the leding path.
