【摘要】 <正> 原发性高血压病为我国常见病多发病之一。在根据本病的临床主要证候、病情转归,属中医的头痛、眩晕等范畴。 其发病原因与高级神经活动障碍、肾素分泌过多、遗传因素、环境因素及内分泌等有关。中医学认为,主要是情志失调,饮食失节,内伤虚损等使人体内阴阳平衡失调所致。 本病的特点是上盛下虚,阴阳水火失调。药敷和意守涌泉穴是一种无创痛针灸与气功相结合的治疗方法。用于治疗上盛下虚的高血压病,其目的就是引火归原,既济水火,使人体达到阴阳水火的平衡。用两者相结合的方法,观察和治疗原发性高血压40例,取得了比较理想的疗效,现将结果报告如下: 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料:治疗原发性高血压60例,均为门诊患者,男36例,女24例,年龄在46～65岁之间,随机分成2组,治疗组40例,对照组20例。更多还原
