合成胸腺肽对SOD活性及过氧化脂质的影响

【摘要】 本文报告人工合成胸腺肽(TP-5),可以提高人血SOD活性达2~3倍以上,并且有清除O2作用,清除率达20.07±22.47%,又可降低实验小鼠肝脑胸腺内MDA含量,说明TP-5不仅可提高免疫功能,而且也是自由基良好的清除剂,并且无任何毒副作用,是老年人延年益寿和预防疾病良好的保健与治疗药品。

【Abstract】 The thesis explain that the synthetic thymus peptied can improve the activity of SOD in human’s blood more than 2- 3 times, arid make clearance of superoxide free radical. Whose clearance rate reaches -20. 07 ± 22. 47%; and it can descend the MDA content of the of the liver, brain and thymus of the mice. Which shows that the Tp-5 can not only raise the immune function but it also has the good free radical clearing function. Without any poisonous side effects Tp-5 is suitable to old men’s longevity and health care arid is the good medicine to decrease and prevent disease.
