导模法生长拱型红(兰)手表宝石的研究
Study on Red (Blue) Watch Gem with Arch Sheet by the EFG Growing Method
【摘要】 用EFG法直接从高温氧化铝熔体中(2053℃)生上出具有预定曲率半径、长度达数百毫米的拱型红宝石片状单晶.它是制造水不磨损手表的最佳材料.
【Abstract】 The ruby arch sheet crystal with predetermined curvature radius and several hundred millimeters length has been directly grown from alumina melt with high temperature (2053℃). It is the optimum material for manufacturing the never - wear watch.
