Y2O3稳定ZrO2相结构的拉曼光谱研究
Raman Spectra of Y2O3—stabilized ZrO2 Phase Structure
【摘要】 测试了Z_rO_2+nmol%Y_2O_3系统多种陶瓷样品的拉曼光谱,发现随着Y_2O_3含量的增加,在常温下,Z_rO_2即可发生由单斜相到四方相再到立方相的结构相变,常温下稳定的四方相Z_rO_2是我们所希望的。测试结果表明,当Y_2O_3含量为2~2.25mol%时,可获得常温下稳定的四方相Z_rO_2。研究不同工艺条件对样品相结构的影响,找出了制造样品的最佳工艺条件。
【Abstract】 Raman spectra of Y2O3—stabilized ZrO2 ceramics samples were mea- sured. With the increase of Y2O3 contents there occurs the ZrO2 structure phase transformation from monoclinic to tetragonal then to cubic at normal temperature. The stabilized tetragonal ZrO2 at normal temperature is expect- ed.The results indicate that tetragonal ZrO2 at normal temperature can be ab- tained if Y2O3 contents are 2~2.25 mol%. The effects of different technologi- cal conditions on sample phase sturctures were studied.The optimum techno- logical condition preparing samples was found.
