【Abstract】 Several kinds of liquor on market were studied using laser Raman Spectroscopy. The Raman profile of liquor can be divided into four parts：（1）the basic band structure of alcohol（2）carboxylic acid band near 168cm^-1 （3）ester band near 1740cm^-1（4）the 2000cm^-1～2700cm^-1 band．The assignment of the bands of liqtior has significant valtie of evaluating the quality of liquor.更多还原
