内循环三相好氧流化床处理化工有机废水研究
THE STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF CHEMICAL INDUSTRY ORGANIC WASTEWATER BY USING INTERNAL CIRCULATING THREE PHASE BIO-FLUIDISED BED
【摘要】 采用有效容积为350L的内循环三相生物流化床进行了丙烯酸废水处理试验,进水COD为1309~2500mg/L,HRT为3.5~5.6h时,COD去除率为68.4~75.5%,容积负荷6.3~7.2kgCOD/m3·d。研究结果表明,内循环流化床。艺具有较强的耐冲击负荷能力和较高的容积负荷,反应器内的流态接近完全混合流。
【Abstract】 The experiment on acrylic wastewater treatment is performed by using internal circulating three phase bio-fluidised bed with a reacting volume of 350L. When in fluent COD is 1309-2500mg/L,HRT is 3,5-5,6h. the COD removal efficiency is 68, 4-75, 5 % and loading rate is 6, 3-7, 2kg COD/m3. d. The result indicates that,internal circulating fluidised bed has strong resistence to shock load and a high loading rate. The flow pattern in the reactor is approximate to completely mixed flow.
