酿酒葡萄不同整形方式的研究

【摘要】 雷司令和白诗南品种用几种不同应形方式进行的试验证明,在陕西关中,产量最高的是“干”字形,含糖量最高、病害最轻的是“丁”字形,产量和精度最低、病害最重的是多主蔓扇形.

【Abstract】 The effect of grapevine training sysytem on the yield, Fruit quality, diseases resistance. and the canopy climates of White Riesling and Chenin Blanc was studied in Yangiing, Shaanxi province. Results show that highest production and the best berry quality may be obtained in "T-shape "training system with trunk 1. 4m in height, attributing to the better light penetration and higher microclimate temperature for development of berries.
