贵金属元素的薄层色谱分离
The Thin Layer Chromatographic Seperation of Noble Metals
【摘要】 以乙酰丙酮(acac)-盐酸为流动相,对Au(Ⅲ),Ru(Ⅲ)Rh(Ⅲ)Pd(Ⅱ),Os(Ⅳ)和Pt(Ⅳ)等贵金属离子在硅胶薄层上的色谱行为进行了研究。建立了以2.5%的盐酸-乙酰丙酮溶液为流动相,在普通硅胶薄层上对五元贵金属离子混合物进行-次性快速分离的简便方法。结果表明,各相邻离子的分离度均大于1,色斑集中,检出 限量为4μg。
【Abstract】 The chromatographic behaviour of some noble metal ions such as Au(Ⅲ), Ru(Ⅲ),Rh(Ⅲ),Pd(Ⅲ),Os(Ⅳ)and Pt(Ⅳ) etc. ,on silica gel thin layers has been studied inmedia of acetylacetone-hydrochloric acid.A simple,rapid,cheap and practical separationmethod of some mixed noble metal ions has been established on one general silica gel thinlayer in hydrochloric acid(2.5%)-acetylacetone media. The seperating degree Rs value ofeach pair of ions is more than 1 except that of Ru(Ⅲ)and Pd(Ⅱ).Chromatographic colorspots are not too disperse and the limit quantity of detection is 4 μg.
