压力容器焊缝超声波探伤专家系统

【摘要】 研究并设计出压力容器焊缝超声波探伤专家系统UIS.该系统可以对超声波探伤中的仪器选择、规范选择、操作方法、缺陷识别及分类定级等探伤全过程提供指导及专家咨询。系统采用多级模块结构,用Turbo-prolog语言编程,可在IBM及其兼容机上运行,采用了产生式规则、谓词逻辑相结合的知识表达方式,深度优先、目标驱动的搜索及推理技术。

【Abstract】 An expert system(UIS)for weld ultrasonic flaw detection of pressure vessel is developed.This system can offer intelligent advice and judgement about whole inspecting process of ultrasonic testing,e.g.instruments selection,process parameters selection,oper- ation methods and defect assessment.The system adopts multi-stage modules construction and the software is programmed by the AI prolog language,which can run on a IBM and its compatible personal computer.The production rules and predicate logic are used as the main formalisms of knowledge representation.By using backtracking and depth-prefered tech- nique,a effective inference engine is developed
