镦饼毛坯重量公差向尺寸公差的传递规律
Transion Nature From the Weight Tolerance to Size Tolerance in Upsetting Pieces
【摘要】 推导了镦饼毛坯的体积表达式和尺寸公差的线性表达式，揭示了尺寸公差的由来和重量公差、尺寸公差的传递关系，提出了确定实际尺寸公差的计算法和一元线性回归法。
【Abstract】 The linear relationship between the volume and size tolerance of upsetting piecesis derived.The origin of size tolerance and the transition relationship between the weight tol-erance and size tolerance are revealed. The algorithm and onedimensional linear regressionmethod for establishiy the practical size tolerance are also given.
