茶叶抗氧化剂的提取及其抗氧化作用
THE OXIDIZER EXTRACTED FROM TEA AND ITS ANTIOXATION
【摘要】 本文研究了从低档茶叶中提取抗氧化剂的生产工艺并探索了对动物油脂的抗氧化作用。结果表明,抗氧化剂提取工艺简单,设备条件要求不高,提取率为17.75%;对猪油的抗氧化作用最佳浓度为0.02~0.04%。
【Abstract】 s In this paper,we have studied the process of the antioxidizer extracted from the low-grade tea andexploved the antioxidation of the antioxider to the animal oil.The results show that the process of the extractionis simple,the rate of extraction of the antioxideris 17.75%,and the best concentraction of antioxider to lard isbetween 0.02%and 0.04%
