锰掺杂对PZN-PFN-PFW系陶瓷相组成的影响
Effect of Mn-doped on Phase Campositione of PZN-PFN-PFW System Ceramics
【摘要】 本文研究了锰掺杂对PZN-PFN-PFW系陶瓷相组成的影响,用XRD和SEM法探讨了PZN-PFN-PFW系中PZN含量与焦录石相形成间的关系。结果表明,在该三元系中添加0.15wt%MnCO_3就能获得完全无焦录石的钙钛矿型结构的陶瓷。
【Abstract】 The effect of Mn-dopd on theComposition of PZN-PFN-PFW system ceramics wasstudied.The relationship between the amount ofPZN and the formation of pyrochlore phase in PZN-PFN-PFW system was studied by using XRD andSEM methods.The results show that completeperovskite type structure without pyrochlore could beobtained by adding 0.15wt%MnCO3 in this ternary system.
