共轭聚合物的光学性质及其应用
Optical Properties of Conjugated Polymers and Its Application
【摘要】 本文介绍了共轭聚合物的光学性质及其在光学元件上的应用。主链由不饱和π-键组成的共轭聚合物具有带隙,其值与分子结构有关,一般在1.0~3.5eV与可见光能量相当,因此在一定条件下都显示特殊的颜色。随着掺杂不仅发生从绝缘体向金属转变,其颜色也发生明显变化。这种光学特性可用于电发光二极管,电致变色,光致变色,热致变色,溶剂变色等新型的光学元件。关键词
【Abstract】 A review is give n on optical propertiesof conjugated polymers and its application tooptoelectronic functional devices. Polymers withhighly extended conjugated electron systems in theirmain chains have band gaps ranging mostly between1.0~3. 5eV,resulting in the characteristic colordepending on molecular structure. The opticalproperties of a conjugated polymer change drasticallyhassociation withan insulator-metal transitionupon doping. The applications of these novelcharacteristics in optoelectronics,such as light-emittirig diodes, color switching,optial record andmemory,thermochromism and solvatochromism etc.are introduced and reviewed.
