【Abstract】 Cell of Arthrobacter simplex By-2-13were immobilized in 4% Sodium alginate. Theretainpd activity of the immobilized cell reached87%.The enzymatic properties of immobilizedArthrobacter simplex By-2-13 cell were investigated. No change of the optimum pH and temperature wasfound,the storage stability of the immobilized cellswas somewhat enhanced.更多还原
