【Abstract】 The organic emitting material 4-amino- 1, 8-naphthalimido-N-2, 4-dimetbylaniline was prepared. With this material as the emitting element, the electroluminescent device has been fabricated. the electroluminescence properties of the device were investigated. in particular, the device can be driven to produce a green emission at dc voltage of the threshold 6V. The mechanism of electroluminescence of fluorometric yellow was discussed as well.更多还原
