【摘要】 本研究用随机双盲对照方法比较国产与进口乙酰螺旋霉素治疗呼吸道、泌尿道、皮肤软组织。口腔创面感染１００对（２００例），２００例患者按区组随机表分成两个试验组。剂量为２００－４００ｍｇ，每日３次，疗程７－１４ｄ。治疗结束两药临床有效率分别为８４％和８７％，细菌阴转率为８４．７１％和８９．０２％，细菌清除率为８３．９１％和８９．０２％，不良反应发生率为５％和３％。上述结果进行统计学处理无显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 A double blind randomized controlled clinical trial on domestic and imported acetylspiramycin was conducted in the treatment of bacterial infections,A total of 200 patients suffering from respiratory,urinary,skin and soft tissue,oral cavity and wound infections were divided into two equal test groups according to the block randomization tables.The dosage was 200-400 mg,three times daily for 7-14 days,The results showed that the clinical efficacy rates of the two groups were 84% and 87%,the bacterial efficacy rates were 84.71% and 89.02%,the bacterial cleanrance rates were 83.91% and 89.02%,respectively.The incidence of adverse drug reactions were 5% and 3% respectively.There were no statistical differences between the two groups.更多还原
