【摘要】 本文报告了１９８９年１月～１９９３年９月收治的各类脑转移瘤病人１５例，其中１１例作放射治疗（放疗组），４例未经放射治疗只作降低颅内压及少量环己亚硝脲化疗（对照组）。结果：放疗组取得了较好的近期疗效，平均生存８．７个月，对照组于３个月内死亡，平均生存２个月。笔者认为脑转移瘤病人应在降低颅内压的同时采取积极的全脑放射治疗，可取得改善神经系统症状，提高生存质量，延长生存期的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports 15 in-patients with various metastatic encephaloma from January 1989 to September 1993,11 of them were treated with radiotherapy(radiotheapy group)and 4 only treated with lowering intracranial pressure and small dose lomustine(control group).The results showed that all the patients in control group obtained relatively good short-term curative effect with mean survival stage of 8.7 months,while those in control group died within 3 months with mean survival stage of 2 months. The author considers that patients with metastatic encephaloma should receive active radiotherapy for brain and reduction of intracranial pressure simultaneously so as to improve the symptoms of nerve system,to raise the survival quality and to prolong the survival stage.更多还原
