气相-微波-热压法分解高纯钯
Decomposition of High Purity Palladium by Vaporization-Microwave Heating-Autoclave Process
【摘要】 首次研究气相-微波-热压法这一新技术。在密闭的聚四氟乙烯高压罐中,利用微波能瞬间加热盐酸-发烟硝酸,形成高压纯净蒸气,气相分解高纯钯。这种能避免沾污的方法可用于制备高纯钯分析试样,以及钯的化合物。
【Abstract】 A new technology,vaporization-microwave heating autoclave,was firstly used to decompose high purity precious metals. It consists of heat-ing HCl-HNO3 by microwave in sealed polytetrafluoroethylene autoclave to form pure HCI-HNO3 vapor with high pressure used to decompose Pd.This technology can be applied to prepare palladium specimen and com-pounds of palladium.
