溶剂萃取分离金川料液中的贵金属

【摘要】 用全萃取分离金川Os、Ru蒸馏残液中的贵金属。首先用贵贱金属分离法除去蒸残液中的贱金属及硫酸盐,使贵金属转入盐酸介质,然后用DBC萃金,自制的Pd(Ⅱ)萃取剂萃Pd或共萃Pt、Pd再用TBP萃Ir,萃残液为粗氯铑酸溶液,给出了贵贱分离及全萃取的实验数据。

【Abstract】 A integrated solvent extraction used to separate precious metals in distillated raffinate from Jingchuan Non-ferreous Metals Industry Company was proposed, which consisted of the separation of precious metals and base metals,the extraction of gold by DBC, the extraction of palladium or co-extraction of platinum and palladium by a new extractant,and the extraction of iridium by TBP.A solution containing rhodium was finally obtained.The recovries of gold, palladium, platinum,rhodium,and iridium were more than 99,98, 97, 95 and 90%respectively.
