双圆弧齿轮滚刀齿形的精确设计计算
Accurate Design Calculation of the Profile of Twin-cylindrical-arc Gear Hob Cutter
【摘要】 作者以部标JB2940-81所规定的基准齿形为双圆弧齿轮法面齿形，根据啮合原理，推导出双圆弧齿轮滚刀的齿面方程式，在此基础上利用C语言编程对双圆弧齿轮滚刀的齿形进行精确计算。
【Abstract】 According to the meshing principle based on China Ministery Standard JB2940-81,authors put forward a new profile formula of hob cutter with twin-cylindrical-arc gears.An accurate calculation for the profile of this hob cutter is also achived with program C anguage.
