【摘要】 新疆和田地区处于欧亚大陆中心腹地，从昆仑山到塔克拉玛干沙漠南部，形成水文地理垂直分带性。本文分析了降水、冰川、地表水、地下水等水资源的特点及数量，计算了和田地区水资源总量为７５．６８３ｘ１０￣８Ｍ￣３。目前本地区的水资源开发利用程度及水利化进程均较低，全区净用水量只占１／４左右。随着开发建设的发展可分阶段进行水资源合理开发。第一阶段将增加净用水量７１．６％，第二阶段是开源达到极限阶段，第三阶段则步入水资源的经济利用阶段，加强水利工程建设，提高利用率，充分发挥水资源效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hetian,Xinjiang is located in the hinterland of Eurasia,where vertieal hydrographyealdifferentiation is visiblc fron the pnetaks of Kunlun Mountains to the southern TakelamaganDesert. The paper analyzes the charaeteristies of the precipitation,glacies,surface and un-derground water.The amounts of the total water resources are estimated 75. 683x10￣8M￣3.At present,this region develops and utilizes water resources at a insufficient level,only a quarter of available water resources are being uSed.As mentioned in the panper,Future ex-ploitation of water resources can be carried out step by step. The first step inereases 71.6% of water used;the second step puts usablc water resources into full play,and the thirdstep uses water reseurces economcally and scientifically by use of irrigation projects.更多还原
