栽培因子与冬小麦籽粒蛋白质产量的关系

【摘要】 氮肥追施时期对冬小麦籽粒蛋白质产量的影响是由产量和蛋白质含量共同决定的,但与产量的相关程度(r2=0.98)比与蛋白质含量的相关程度(r2=0.93)略大,在各追施时期中,拔节期一次追肥蛋白质产量最高。氮肥深追,由于产量和蛋白质含量的同步增加,导致蛋白质产量的提高,播期对蛋白质产量的影响同年份相关,适期播种(9月23日左右)蛋白质产量最高。蛋白质含量同灌浆期、乳熟期植株全氮含量呈显著正相关(r=0.83*,r=0.91*),产量和蛋白质含量存在显著正相关(r=0.67*),赖氨酸含量同产量,蛋白质含量间相关不明显。

【Abstract】 The effect of the period of nitrogen fertilizer topdressing on grain proteinyield is decided by yield and protein contents ,but its correlation with yield(r2=0.98)iscloser than that with protein contents(r2=0.93).Among various nitrogen fertilizer top-dressing periods, one application during the jointing stage produces the highest proteinyield.Deep application of nitrogen fertilizer tends to increase protein yield,as yield andprotein contents increase simultaneously. The effect of sowing time on grain proteinyield is correlated with the year.Sowing at right time(about Ssptember 23 )will havethe highest protein yield.The protein content is in significant positive correlation withthe plant′s total nitrogen content in the milking stage and the milk ripe stage(r=0.83,r=0.91)respectively. Yield is siginificantly correlated with protein content(r = 0.67).There is no significant correlation between lysine content and yield or protein content.
