【摘要】 10年共手术治疗55岁以上腰椎间盘突出症63例,最大年龄73岁,平均61岁,其病理特点:在腰椎退行病变产生神经“受压危象”基础上髓核突出使神经受压,临床表现明显的根性疼痛或麻痹、或马尾神经功能障碍以及间歇性跛行。主张常规运用脊髓造影,积极手术治疗。手术的方式以大部椎板切除为好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixty three cases of prolapsed lumbar disc over 55 years old were operated on in past ten years. The oldest was 73. mean 61.The specific pathologic change was the nerve seriously pressed on the basis that the lumbar spinal degeneration caused nerve"pressure crisis". The clinical features were marked pain and paralysis or caudal functional disturbance and intermittent claudication. The routine myelography and active operation were advocated. The best operative approach was the subtotal laminectomy and dis-cectomy.更多还原
