【Abstract】 This article reported knee osteoarthritis accompaning varus deformity in 18 cases with 20 knees,which adopted high tibial arch osteotomy from December 1988 to December 1992. The follow - up varied from 1 to 4 years with an average of 2.5 years. The results showed excellent and good rate was 85%. Princeple of high tibial arch osteotomy,improvement of operative method as well as necessary conditions and measures to enhance effect of high tibial arch osteotomy were discussd.更多还原
