【摘要】 作者综合应用滑膜切除、关节囊切开、股骨头钻孔减压及旋股外血管束植入的手术方法治疗儿童股骨头缺血性坏死31例,均随访1年以上,疗效为优24例,良5例,差2例。提出该手术适于疾病较早期。认为综合手术通过多种途径,降低股骨头及关节囊内压,改善血运,促进新骨生成及对死骨、软骨的修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 31 cases of Perthes’ disease were treated by composite operation which included synovectomy, arthrotomy, boring in femoral head. plantation with vascular bundle of the circumflex femoral external and so on.All cases were followed-up for more than 12 months . The results were excellent in 24 cases,good in 5 and 2 failure. The authors pointed out this method could be carried out to reduce high pressures within the femoral head and the hip joint capsule, offering more blood to femoral head in more different ways. It is valuable for regeneration of necrotic bone and cartilage.更多还原
