【摘要】 作者统计16年余收治的492例四肢大关节外伤性脱位病例,发现发病率由高到低依次为肘关节、肩关节、髋关节。男女发病率肘关节脱位无明显差别,肩关节和髋关节脱位男性明显大于女性。左右侧别各关节组无明显差别,肘关节脱位以青少年为主,肩关节脱位各成年组无明显差别,髋关节脱位以儿童最多见。骨折并发率肘关节脱位为18.1％,肩关节脱位为15.6％,髋关节脱位8.9％,文章结合文献报告作了相应讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 We’ve counted 492 cases about the traumatic disloation of joints for 16 years,We discover that the morbidity from high to low by turns is the elbow joint, the shoulder joint, the hip. And there is little difference between men and women of the dislocation of the elbow,but the dislocation of the shoulder joint and hip joint are common in men. The dislocation of the elbow is more common in children, but the dislocation of the hip joint is mainly in the children. The morbidity of fracture complicated with the dislocation of the elbow joint is 18. 1% ,the shoulder joint 15. 6%, and the hip joint 8.9%.更多还原
