反相悬浮法淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠的研究
STUDY ON THE GRAFT COPOLYMERIZATION OF SODIUM ACRYLATE ONTO CORN STARCH BY INVERSE SUSPENSION METHOD
【摘要】 以实验室合成的乳化剂十八烷基磷酸单酯(NP18)作为分散剂,采用反相悬浮体系(W/O)进行了淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠的研究。探讨了产物的最佳成球条件、产物吸水能力与淀粉用量的关系、吸水能力与油相组成的关系、纤维素对单体转化率的促进作用,得到了产物的最佳成球条件和最大吸水能力的存在条件。
【Abstract】 Here,sodium acrylate grafted onto corn starch has been studied by inverse suspension method. An water-in-oil system was formed by dispersing the monomer solution into oil phase using NP18 as omulsifer. Resin with high water absorbency has been prepared and the best conditions being able to obtain the high absorbency spherical resin have been chosen. Relationshipe between the absorbency and starch dozage,and oil phase components have been studied.
