三甲醇丙烷蓖麻油聚氨酯IPN的合成及性质
SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF THE IPNs BASED ON 1,1,1-TRIHYDR-OXYMETHYL PROPANE,VINYL MONOMERS,TDI AND CASTER OIL
【摘要】 三甲醇丙烷蓖麻油聚氨酯互穿网络由2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯与三甲醇丙烷在烯类单体(甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯等)作溶剂反应形成氨酯加成物的溶液,再与蓖麻油、过氧化苯甲酰和二丁基二月桂酸锡反应生成。研究了其合成条件、机械性能、电性能、耐水及耐油性能等。结果表明,其邵氏A硬度可达88,拉伸强度最高可达15.18MPa,断裂伸长在120%~180%,永久形变在2%以下,耐水耐油性能良好。同时,其体积电阻系数和表面电阻系数在10(12)~10(13)。
【Abstract】 trihydroxymethyl propane (TMP) was reacted with TDI in the presence of vinyl monomers as diluent. The addent was then mixed with caster oil and BPO to form (caster oil-TMP) polyurethanes/vinyl polymer IPNs. Synthetic condition s of the IPNs and their mechanical and electrical properties were investigated. The results showned that these IPNs possess higher tensile strongth and hardness and oil resistance than those without TWP, and methyl methacrylate is better than styrene or butyl acrylate as vinyl monomer.
