杂环取代联苯型聚醚酮的合成与表征

【摘要】 成功地合成了一种新的双酚单体-1-羟基-4-(4-羟基苯基)二氮杂萘,并通过IR、DSC、1H-NMR、13C-NMR和高效液相色谱对其结构和纯度进行了研究。用此双酚单体与4,4′-二氟二苯酮反应,在适当的条件下可得到特性粘度为0.25~0.80的改性聚醚酮树脂,并用1H-NMR和13C-NMR对其结构进行了检测。性能测定样品由浇膜和模压方法制得,经测定,改性聚醚酮具有很好的热稳定性和很高的玻璃化温度(Tg=263℃),优良的机械性能(σy=104MPa)、粘附性和可溶解性。

【Abstract】 A novel biphenol monomer,1-hydroxy-4-(hydroxypheny)-phthalazine,was successfully synthesized.The poly (aryletherketone)can be readily prepared by the reaction of this monomer with 4,4’-defourodiphenylketone in appropriate condition.Its inherent viscosity is 0.25 ̄1.0.The polyketone is a very thermooxidatively stable polymer with surprisingly high glass transition temperature.The structure of the monomer and polymer were studied by NMR,IR and HPLC technique.The test sample were made by means of pressing plate.The properties of the polyketone were tested and determined.It has been proved that the polymer has very high glass transition temperature (Tg=263℃),good electric property(ε=3.4),high strength(σy=104MPa) and satisfactory solubility.
