聚丙烯多相复合材料的界面设计
INTERFACIAL MOLECULAR DESIGN OF MULTIPHASE POLYPROPYLENE COMPOSITES
【摘要】 本文运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和力学性能测试方法,研究了PP/CaCO3复合体系中3种界面改性剂的用量、类型和第三组分(弹性体)对材料力学性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明,酯酸类偶联剂(改性剂Ⅱ和改性剂Ⅲ)可以改善CaCO3粒子在PP基体中的分散性。在刚性粒子表面引入柔性或弹性界面层,降低了刚性粒子因添加所引起的材料韧性下降的程度;同时由于界面层的引入,使三相复合体系在较低的橡胶含量下具有较高的模量和冲击强度。
【Abstract】 The effects of kind and content of clastic modifiers on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of CaCO3 filled polypropylene composites were studied with the help of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and mechanical properties testing mechine. The results show that modifier (Ⅱ)-treated CaCO3 and modifier (Ⅲ)-treated CaCO3 have a finer dispersion in PP matrix. The toughness of the composite with modifier (Ⅱ) or modifier (Ⅲ) had been improved by the adding of the elastic interfacial adhesion.
