【摘要】 应用改良Ｂｏｙｄｅｎ技术研究当归注射液对健康成人外周血单核细胞趋化移动的作用。结果表明，当归注射液能使趋化移动的单核细胞数量增加，对趋化移动的距离亦有显著促进作用；并能明显消除氢化可的松对单核细胞趋化性的抑制作用。本文结果为氢化可的松与当归的联合应用提供了实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of Angelica sinensis injection on the chemotaxis of humanblood monocyte was studied using modified Boyden technique, The results indictedthat Angelica sinensis injection could significantly increase the chemotacic cellnumber and the chemotactic distance of monocvte. It could also disarm theinhibition of monocyte chemotaxis mediated by hydrocortisone. It suggests thathydrocortisone and Angelica sinesis injection could be combined in cinilcal use.更多还原
