【Abstract】 Using tissue culture techniques the present study assured us of the Chineseherbs in the antiviral action against HSV-I.Utilizing 4 main patterns for evaluating drugeffectiveness (i.e. extiatube drug-on-virus direct action),simultaneous addition of drug-virusinoclum to cell bottle,virus inoculatio,it was found by logarithm determination ofHSV-I inhibition that Sargassum henstowianum,Cayratia japonica,Phytotaca esculenta,Prunella vulgaris and Euscaphis japonica were superior to other Chinese herbs tested.更多还原
