高岭土深加工的方向

【摘要】 为了充分开发利用各种高岭土资源,将精选、去杂、漂白后的不同产品,根据其性质的差异,采用三种不同的办法进行深加工:(1)将填料级产品进行煅烧,微粉化和表面改性处理,加工成功能性填料;(2)焙烧后的高岭土与盐酸在一定条件下反应,加工成聚合氯化铝和白炭黑;(3)利用不适合作高级造纸涂料的高岭土合成4A沸石。

【Abstract】 In order to fully develop and utilize various kaolin resources,three deeper processing methods are adopted according to different characteristics of kaolin products resulted from beneficiation,impurity removal and bleaching.They are:(1) Roasting the fillergrade products followed by micropulverizing and surface improving to produce functional fillers;(2)Carrying out the reaction of roasted kaolin with hydrochloride acid under certain conditions to produce aluminium polychloride and white carbon black;(3)Synthesizing 4A zeolite with kaolin which can not be used as a high-grade paint for paper-making.
