【摘要】 为实现冲击电压测量数字化．根据早年建造的高电压试验室原有的条件．采取了更为完善的抗干扰措施．使干扰电平降低了约三个数量级，满足了冲击电压数字测量标准规定的要求．各项措施效果试验表明，三层屏蔽电缆和二次分压器的抗干扰效果明显，其余的措施也都有一定的作用．更多还原
