【Abstract】 A new chemiluminescence method for the determination of trace nitrite based on its oxidation of K₄Fe（CN）₆ is studied. The chemiluminescence signal arises from the reaction of luminol-K₃Fe（CN）₆.The detection limit is 3.6×10￣-9g/mL for nitrite, the calibration curve is rectilinear from 1×10￣-8 to 6×10-6g/mL of nitrite,and the relative standard deviation is 3.2%,This method has been applied to the analysis of natural waters,saliva and foods with satisfactory results.更多还原
