【Abstract】 A new type diagnostic kit of Fast-ELISA for clonorchiasis sinensis has been established. 153 sera from patients with clunorchis sinensis and 356 sera from normal individuals were examined. Sensitivity and specificity of the Fast-ELISA kit were 92.1% (417/453) and 98. 3 % (350/356 ) respetively. Cross reaction was 6. 25% (5/80) with falciperum malaria patients and none with schistosomiasis.The characteristics of the kit are simple. fast (take about 15 min only) microdetection (sera 20-40μl only). determined results by naked eye.good stability and good reproducibility.
