【摘要】 以广州铁路局某幼儿园１３０名２～５岁正常幼儿为对象，按０、１、６月接种方案进行乙肝疫苗（总量３０μｇ）接种，免后７个月、１、２、５年以ＲＩＡ法检测抗－ＨＢｓ。结果免后１年达抗体峰值期．ＧＭＴ达１∶１５０．８０，Ｓ／Ｎ≥１０者达１００％，高、中、低抗体反应者分别占９０．８２％～５．５％和３．６８％，免后５年抗－ＨＢｓ阳性率仍维持在７４．６５％，ＧＭＴ为１∶１９．９３。建议可暂不考虑免后５年的加强免疫。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported the 5-year immune effect on 130 children aged 2～5 year old vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine by analysed Anti-HBs with RIA.Antgen level reached the peak with GMT 1:150. 80 and the rate of S/ N≥10 100% and the antigen rate of high,Middle and low were 90. 82%, 5. 50% and 3. 68% respectinely 1 year after Vaccinated.Anti-HBs positive rate and GMT still remained 74. 65% and 1:19.93 respectinely. It was suggested that bossier dose was not necessary within 5 years.更多还原
