稳功率Nd：YAG连续激光器
Stabilized Output Power Nd: YAG CW Laser
【摘要】 选用高频开关电源作Ｋｒ灯电源，并使用热稳谐振腔、特殊聚光腔等，使Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ连续激光器输出功率的稳定度达到±２％的水平。
【Abstract】 This paper describes a Nd: YAG CW laser. Its output power stability have reached ±2% by using of the high freuqnecy switching power supply Kr arc lamp,the thermostable resonator and special pump cavity.
