多功能全息透镜用于测量类镜表面的平整度
Measuring the Smoothness of the Mirror-Like Surface by Holographic Lens
【摘要】 基于自聚焦误差检测和光路可逆原理,分析并实验证明了利用一种多功能全息透镜来测量类镜表面平整度的可行性。实验结果表明其测量精度可达微米量级。
【Abstract】 A multifunctional holographic lens is presented based on autofocus error detection and the principle of reversibility of light. Its feasibility of the mirror-like surface is described. The experimental results demonstrate that micron class resolution is possible.
