偏频锁定0.633μm碘吸收稳频激光
Offset Locked 0. 633 μm Iodine Absorbing Frequency Stabilized Laser
【摘要】 为了满足大尺寸精密干涉测量对干涉信号的信噪比要求,我们研制了偏频锁定氦氖0.633μm碘吸收稳频激光器,该系统激光的频率不稳定度为5.5×10-12(τ=10s),系统的频率再现性为4×10-11,可连续锁定6个小时以上,无调制输出功率大于0.8mW。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirements of large size precision interferometry for the SNR of interference signal,we developed the offset locked He-Ne 0. 633μm iodine absorbing frequency stabilizing laser. The laser frequency instability is less than 5 × 10-12 (τ= 10s). The system frequency reproduction is 4 × 10-11. It can be continuously locked for more than 6 hours. Modulation-free output power is over 0. 8 mW.
