来流温度速度不均匀时换热器效能的分析
EFFECTS OF NONUNIFORMITY OF INLET FLUID TEMPERATURE/VELOCITY ON THE THERMAL PERFORMANCE OF HEAT EXCHANGERS
【摘要】 本文得出了逆流换热器来流温度分布不均匀、相变叉流换热器单相侧来流温度分布不均匀不影响换热器效能的结论;来流速度分布不均匀削弱了换热器的传热,温差场均匀性因子愈大效能愈高,即“换热器温差场均匀性原则”也能指导来流速度分布不均匀的逆流和相变叉流换热器的热分析。
【Abstract】 Based on the analytical and numerical results, it is found that the nonuniformity of inlet fliud temperature has no impact on the thermal performance of conuterflow heat exchanger and heat exchanger with phase change in one stream, while the nonuniformity of inlet fliud velocity deteriorates the thermal performance of heat exchangers. The later case corresponds to the uniformity factor of temperature difference field in the heat exchanger, which reflects the thermal performace of heat exchanger.
