【Abstract】 The stall and oscillating flow of wind turbine blade using the "Parametric Polynomial Method"are researched in this paper. The solving equations and analytic method are given.As the calculated example,the stall and oscillating flow of 300W wind furbine blade have been calculated successfully. It is only 1-2 minute computed time for one condition. All of this demostrate that the "Parametric polynomial Mathod" is the effctive method to determine Stall and oscillating flow and to analysis the stability in Flow induced Vibration Problems.
