【Abstract】 In the paper,The blade is replaced by sheets of Vortex. Assuming the flow is uniform in the tangentional direction and using Clebsch transformation, the flow equation is got in simple form using meam swirl RV0 as input, The blade is designed and the flow field which is coincident with the blade is got.
