【Abstract】 The under plate and Y-tube of spool valve in concrete conveying truck model IHI-IPF85B2 are consumable parts of complex from and high cost. For reduction of production cost and improvement of production efficiency, through analysis of the chemical composition and structural features of these parts suitable welding materials are selected and feasible welding process is determined. Heat cracks can be effective ly eliminated and original specifications of spool valve under plate and Y-tube are recovered.更多还原
