【Abstract】 Comparison had been made to detect infectious bursa disease virus antigens in different materials by agar gei precipitation (AGP) and counter immuno-electroph-oresis(CIE).CIE was four to eight times sensitive as AGP to detect virus antigens in bursa tissues of affected chickens.As to embryo materials which had a very low virus content and AGP was not sensitive enough to detect it, CIE still could iden- tify virus antigens in embryo bodies and chorioallantoic membranes.The positive rates ranged from 9.1 to 27.2 percent.更多还原
