【摘要】 密封吹氩合金成分调整法(CAS工艺)是近年来发展起来的新一代炉外处理技术,在我国有广阔的推广和应用前景。木文讨论了CAS法的功能、优势、未来的发展方向和目前存在的问题,分析结果认为只有充分了解CAS法包内的钢水流动状况和隔离罩对此造成的影响才能从根本上进一步改进CAS操作,彻底发挥其优势。

【Abstract】 AbstractThe Composition Adjustment by Sealed Argon Bubbling(CAS) process is a new kind ladle metallurgy techniqne in recent years and will be widely applied in China. In this paper,the functions,advatages,future direction and precent problems of CAS process are discussed. It is concluded that the flow field of liquid steel in CAS ladle and the influence of snorkel on the flow phenomena must be learned throughout so that the operation of CAS:process could be op-timized and so as to make the process possible to give its full play.
