【Abstract】 A new method of determining acidity of edible oil by coulometric titration is presented.An antimony electrod is used as the end-point detector.The titrant,OH-,is provided by the electrolysis in the solution containing 5% KBr,95% ethanol and ether(their ratios being 3:3:2).The method is simple and fast for use.Determination result of the method mentioned above are in accordance with those of a classical titration method.更多还原
